A Conversation With Graham Nash and Bob Santelli at the Grammy Museum
A Conversation With Graham NashPresented By American ExpressTuesday, November 19, 2013; 8:00 p.m.
Musical icon Graham Nash immerged as an influential singer-song writer as part of the British rock revolution, making his name in the industry as the founder of iconic bands Crosby, Stills & Nash and the Hollies. His career as a musician, and contribution of more than two hundred songs, as a prolific song writer, catalog his imprint on rock and roll history. Nash is a two-time inductee into both, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as recognition of Crosby, Stills & Nash, and the Hollies, as well as the Songwriters Hall of Fame as a solo artist, and with Crosby, Still & Nash. In 2010, Queen Elizabeth appointed him an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for his musical accomplishments and contributions as a philanthropist. In his tell-all autobiography WILD TALES: A Rock & Roll Life, released this September, Nash recounts his life and career as a defining figure of rock and roll. The book offers fans an inside look at five decades of rock and roll history; from the British rock invasion to Woodstock, WILD TALES tells the story of “a magical era of music.” Join us as we welcome GRAMMY Award winning musician, song writer, and author, Graham Nash to celebrate the release of his autobiography WILD TALES: A Rock & Roll Life in an interview with Executive Director Bob Santelli.
